Party Wall situations are in themselves seldom a simple affair. Normally they are mixed up with Right of Light, Planning and Boundary issues which are covered by entirely different legislation.
I can guide you through this mine field and put you in the right direction and avoid all that stress which is so common in building projects today. This is not surprising when one considers the amount of legislation that cover small projects these days, not to mention Health and Safety issues, insurances and Building Control.
