We recently carried out a Schedule of Dilapidations in central London at Maiden Lane, WC2E 7LJ.
The property consisted of a first floor traditional build office.
We were able to provide the best cost for carrying out the survey on behalf of the landlord.
This is because our office is based out of London but we have very quick transport societies into the centre of London less than one hour.
The schedule was very successful and the landlord was very pleased.
