Biography
Tayross Associates is headed by Carl O' Boyle who is a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS). Carl has over 25 years of building experience having managed a London based building surveying company and has worked for some of the biggest companies in the Industry, including Laings Plc and Costain Plc as a direct employee on the Broadgate development and the headquarters of Cable & Wireless Plc. Carl is very personable and focuses heavily on providing the highest ethical standards of professionalism and customer service.
Carl has sat on the CIOB Professional Conduct Committee / Investigations Panel for over ten years. This Committee / Panel are responsible for upholding the disciplinary regulations and rules of conduct of the Institute and investigate any cases of alleged misconduct by members. He also sits on the Disciplinary Board for the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors for the upholding of codes of conduct and he is actively involved in organising the West London Party Wall forum group set up to debate current thinking on the Act and application between its members at public venues.
