Party Wall
The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 offers measures to protect your interests and prevent disputes between neighbours over building work taking place near to, or affecting party walls and boundaries.
Structural Surveys
We provide one type of survey and that is a full structural detailed building survey (otherwise known as a RICS Level 3 Building Survey) – backed up with major defect costing in the summary.
Building Defect Analysis
Defects are present in all properties no matter their age, however some defects are worse than others and can be very expensive to put right, especially in older and dilapidated properties.
Scaffold/Crane Access Licences
Licenses are required when access is required over adjoining owners’ properties, whether they be for a crane jib, scaffold or hoarding. Know where you stand.
Schedule of Dilapidations
We provide Dilapidations services for both Landlords and Tenants.
Commercial Building Surveys
A commercial building survey is a report which provides a thorough examination of the structure, its overall condition and a visual examination of the services, whether buying or leasing.
Boundary Disputes
Boundaries never move but fences often do and this is nearly always the cause of boundary disputes. We can help you to establish the facts and pave the way towards resolution.
