We recently carried out a Schedule of Dilapidations in a commercial offices in Bishopsgate, London.
The client was moving offices due to the implications of Brexit and they needed a valuation to return the premises to pre-lease condition.
We were able to visit the property and assess what needed to be done to reinstate the property to pre-lease conditions.
The client was very happy with the job which was supplied with a costing schedule and detailed annotated photographs.
