Tayross Associates located in Pinner were recently asked to carry out a survey on £100 million property in Mayfair.
The purpose of the survey was to determine any remedial works required to the envelope and structure of the property prior to carrying out a major refurbishment work.
We were able to make some very useful recommendations to the Building Owner which had a significant impact on works to be carried out to the internals.
Such as:-
• Roof remedial works.
• Chimney works.
• Lift pit repairs.
• Structural repairs.
• Tanking to light vaults.
• Fire/smoke issues.
• Security issues.
The client found our service and survey fee cost very reasonable to inner London rates.
