We were asked to carry out a survey on a large detached house in Wimbledon, close to Southfields, Kingston upon Thames and Richmond.
The purpose of the survey was to record the condition of the property, prior to structural and remodelling building works being carried out, that if there should be any question over the prior condition of the property should serious damage occur during the building works and be subject to an insurance claim.
