We were asked to carry out a full structural building survey on the property for a potential buyer in Eastcote Village, within the London Borough of Harrow close to Northwood, Ickenham and Ruislip.

We also took into consideration the buyers plans to convert the garage to a living space and the removal of the wall between the kitchen and utility room.
