We were asked to carry out a survey on a large stately home spread over 7 floors in Mayfair, within the City of Westminster which is close to Marylebone, Belgravia and Soho.
The purpose of the survey was to assess the current structural condition of the property with regards to weather tightness, structure, deterioration of materials etc. before carrying out extensive refurbishment and building works.
